Routine Breaks Help To Avoid Fatigue |

If you spend an extended amount of time in the same position, such as reading, typing, or sewing, be sure to break every 30-60 minutes in order to avoid neck strain.
During your break, rotate your neck from side to side and roll your shoulders and arms in circles to encourage blood flow.
