High fibre for healthy digestion |

Make sure you include 25 to 30 grams of fibre in your diet every day. A high fibre diet helps prevent heart disease, colon cancer, and digestive disorders. Nuts, beans, and whole-grain cereals and breads are excellent sources of fibre. Some fruits and vegetables can also be good sources and provide additional nutrients as well.
